At TinyMini, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Opened consumables (e.g., paints, art supplies)
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@tinymini.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly exchange it. Please contact us at support@tinymini.store within 7 days of delivery.
